Jessica Ingram, from Round Rock, Texas, received her B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice St. Thomas University in Miami. While at St. Thomas Jessica was involved in community service, including working with public schools and nursing homes, women’s health, and running a Safe With Me Campaign toward community solidarity. Through this involvement in the culturally diverse Miami area, Jessica developed an appreciation for human differences while also developing her understanding of the struggles we all have and our need for support and direction.
Jessica then moved to San Antonio where she worked towards her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The University of Texas at San Antonio. While there Jessica completed her Practicum hours at the Sarabia Family Counseling Center working with children, teenagers, couples, groups and individuals.
Jessica was selected to receive specialized training as a Behavioral HealthCare Consultant as part of UTSA’s Program for the Integrated Training of Counselors in Behavioral Healthcare (PITCH). Through this program Jessica brought integrative healthcare to the rural community of Luling. Jessica established a practice of providing psychoeducation, and mental health counseling to individuals and families within the local healthcare clinic, focusing on parent education, children’s anxiety, depression, trauma and development.
Jessica graduated from UTSA August of 2019 and chose to relocate to Houston joining Memorial Child and Family Therapy. Jessica is eager to help you and your family.
